Designed especially for big coats and big personalities. our Basic Grooming service keeps your dog clean, fresh, and comfortable while maintaining a healthy coat and skin. this service includes full bath with premium oatmeal shampoo & conditioner, deep coat cleansing for thick/long hair, blow dry & thorough brushing/ deshedding, sanitary trim, paw pad trimming & feet shaping, light face and hygiene touch-up, nail trim, ear cleaning, gland expression (if required), finishing touch with bandana or bow. with a small trim in specific areas such as the genitals, paws, and face. Unleash their charm and pamper their style with our exceptional care *For our Basic Grooming service for large and extra-large breeds, pricing and time required may vary depending on specific factors such as long coats, special handling requirements due to health conditions, the presence of mats in the fur, and if it requires a small hair trim in specific areas without being considered a full grooming yet. For Basic Grooming on long-haired breeds with severe matting, we prioritize the pet’s well-being and comfort. Therefore, we refrain from subjecting the animal to the stress and discomfort involved in detangling heavily matted fur. Instead, we recommend alternative solutions that ensure the pet’s safety and overall grooming experience.
Cancellation Policy
Please be advised that failure to keep a scheduled appointment may result in a 25% surcharge for the grooming service, which will be applied to the next service. Additionally, if your pet urinates, defecates, or vomits during the service, there may be an additional charge for cleaning and sanitation. Lastly, please note that if you are more than an hour late to pick up your pet after the service is completed, there will be an additional charge of 15% of the grooming cost for each hour of delay. Make sure to bring your pet on a leash (dogs) or in its carrier (cat). Refrain from bringing your pet if it is in heat, sick, or has received a vaccination at least 2 days prior to the appointment. Please make sure your pet has had a chance to go potty before the appointment. This helps keep them comfortable and prevents any accidents during their grooming session.
