Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that failure to keep a scheduled appointment may result in a 25% surcharge for the grooming service, which will be applied to the next service. Additionally, if your pet urinates, defecates, or vomits during the service, there may be an additional charge for cleaning and sanitation. Lastly, please note that if you are more than an hour late to pick up your pet after the service is completed, there will be an additional charge of 15% of the grooming cost for each hour of delay.
