Not sure if your pet needs a vet visit? Get professional guidance on behavior, nutrition, daily care, and general health concerns before making costly decisions. With years of veterinary experience, I help you understand what's normal, what's not, and when it's time to see a clinic. Ideal for mi nor concerns, second opinions (We do not question prior medical criteria. we respect them), or deciding whether a veterinary visit is necessary. * Educational support only - no medical treatment or diagnosis (this service provides educational guidance only and does not replace veterinary diagnosis or medical treatment)
Cancellation Policy
Please be advised that failure to keep a scheduled appointment may result in a 25% surcharge for the grooming service, which will be applied to the next service. Additionally, if your pet urinates, defecates, or vomits during the service, there may be an additional charge for cleaning and sanitation. Lastly, please note that if you are more than an hour late to pick up your pet after the service is completed, there will be an additional charge of 15% of the grooming cost for each hour of delay. Make sure to bring your pet on a leash (dogs) or in its carrier (cat). Refrain from bringing your pet if it is in heat, sick, or has received a vaccination at least 2 days prior to the appointment. Please make sure your pet has had a chance to go potty before the appointment. This helps keep them comfortable and prevents any accidents during their grooming session.
